Welcome to Bay SuperSitters, a licensed sitter and nanny referral service for the San Francisco Bay area.  The Bay SuperSitters sitter list is a unique and affordable way to meet full screened sitters and nannies, primarily for occasional and part-time sitting.  (If you are looking for full time care, please see the placement portion of this website)

Bay SuperSitters can work well for:  setting up a regular weekly schedule; occasional/on-call sitting (including date nights), temporary care, and summer care. 

SuperSitters are truly the "best of the best" - qualified, legal, and educated, as well as experienced.  There are very high standards for who may be a SuperSitter,  viewable here.  Bay SuperSitters LLC screens for the best, so you don't have to!

For a one-time fee for a 12 month membership, you can use as many SuperSitters as you want, as often as you like, with no additional fees beyond normal sitter rates.  All SuperSitters are fully screened and personally interviewed, with a minimum of 25-45 sitters in your area. You call the sitters directly and negotiate your own rates and terms (and you pay the sitter directly as well).

The one-time agency fee for parents looking for on-call, or part time up to 12 hours per week, is $195.  For parents looking for 13-20 hours per week, the one-time agency fee is $245.

Parents who wish to renew their memberships in the future can do so for 1/2 price or less.

Parents receive the complete profile information on each fully screened sitter, including: contact information, age, teaching/tutoring experience, area, overnight/extended stay experience, pet allergies, rates, and availability for every day (Mon-Sun): morning/afternoon/evening/overnights.

With the unique one-time fee structure, you win - you can use as many sitters as you like, as often as you like, at no additional cost beyond normal hourly rates. And because there are no charges per sitter or per time, there are no qualms about removing any under-performing sitters - so you can feel confident with any SuperSitter you call.

The SuperSitters list is usually hand delivered to you in your own home, at your convenience, so we can meet face to face, answer any questions you have, and go over the member family information with you (faxed memberships are also available for busy parents).

Included in the 12 month family membership is:  up to three updated lists upon request (with new sitters and updated availabilities), the summer care list, and critical need assistance.
