After a short interview (at your convenience) and a thorough background check, you'll join the list of SuperSitters given to member families (over 400 families and counting!). Families will then CALL YOU directly, primarily for occasional and part-time sitting (full-time is also available - ask!).

Accept or decline any job you wish, and negotiate your own rates and terms! Accept more jobs when you need to, less  when you don't. And if in the future you no longer need new client families, you can remove yourself at any time.

If you qualify, becoming a SuperSitter has many benefits to you:

1. Your Safety - Generally, member families will have completed agency paperwork prior to calling you.

2. Quality of families - Member families understand that you are a qualified professional, and will reward you with respect, good pay, and the expectation that your primary duties will be childcare, not housework.

3. Freedom - You decide which jobs you accept, and negotiate your own rates and terms!

4. Time - your information will continue to be available to select member families for as long as you wish - no more posting or searching!
